Due to client being a non-profit organization construction budget was limited. Design team decided to concentrate on the communal areas of the project where ARA employees and guests can spend time outside their desks collaborating, working, and enjoying their time at work. Creating an easy flow between different functional zones helped people integrate in an open workspace environment without losing productivity.
Wood beam by the core wall works as a wayfinding/connecting element that stitches different zones into one volume and connects them with the open office spaces. Ceiling cloud right at the entrance outlines the reception area as a separate function in the collaboration zone and works as an anchoring element for signage. Big logo wall at the entrance extends into the elevator making the entry less enclosed more engaged with the rest of the floor as well as making a good branding statement for the client.

Thank You!
